With increasing stressors and limited psychological resources, at-risk populations need a strategic crisis response. Crisis Informed Peer Para-Counselling (CIPP) enhances the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) continuum by equipping peer counsellors with tools to support individuals coping with trauma and disasters. CIPP serves as a 1:1 follow-up to Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), helping build resilience and expand crisis intervention capabilities.
